The results are in for this years Ashton Independent Business Awards.

Ashton Town Team made the town centre retail businesses the focus of this year’s awards as these independent traders work hard to attract. The awards were sponsored by Bromleys Solicitors who chose The Hidden Kitchen as their winner for the Sponsors Award. Paul Westwell, Managing Partner, Bromleys Solicitors LLP  said “At a recent lunchtime meeting where all our staff come together to talk about developments at the business, I asked them where are the hidden gems in Ashton, places where they may visit at lunchtime or after work. There was a majority vote for The Hidden Kitchen on the basis of all it has to offer with the only downside being how often it runs out due to high demand!”

Councillor Fairfoull said: “I would like to thank everybody who has taken the time to vote in this years Ashton Independent Retail Awards. It’s been a tremendous success yet again and hopefully people are shopping local and giving the local economy a big boost.
